Luxembourg Style Shoe

The late 4th and the 5th century present us with a deplorable lack of archaeological finds. This pair is a guess at what an early 5th century shoe might have looked like, based on a find from Luxembourg dated to the 1st half of the 4th century and one of the shoes depicted on the Probianus diptych (ca. 400AD).
